Here's my rhinoplasty review. Director BT❤️

I'm posting some before-and-after photos of my nose surgery haha. I used to just read other people's reviews thoroughly, but this time, I actually got the surgery myself, so I decided to organize my thoughts like this haha. As you can see from the before-and-after photos, my nose bridge was actually pretty decent, but my tip was droopy and my nasolabial angle had collapsed, so it was a blunt, ugly nose that looked blurry from the side even more than from the front. Every time I took a picture, it looked like it lacked dimension and looked spread out. You can tell immediately if you compare the before-and-after photos ㅠ I want a pretty nose too, not a blunt one! So I searched extensively, focusing on before-and-after photos of nose surgery, and I noticed that people like me who are concerned about a drooping tip or a collapsed nasolabial angle often choose the combination of donated rib cartilage and nasolabial angle correction. During the consultation, the director showed me before-and-after photos of rhinoplasty and explained in detail that donated rib cartilage is much more stable than conventional cartilage for supporting the tip of the nose, and that correcting the nasolabial angle makes the side profile smoother. Hearing that really solidified my decision. When looking at before-and-after photos, everyone talks a lot about swelling, but surprisingly, I had minimal swelling, and the contours of my nose lines started to gradually become visible after about a week. Especially about a month after the surgery, I could feel my side profile looking naturally alive whenever I took a photo, and since my nose tip didn't collapse like it used to when I smiled, my three-dimensionality really came alive. I wanted to leave behind before-and-after photos that looked natural and undetectable, and I think this is a successful review, haha. If anyone is worried about a sagging nose tip or a nasolabial angle, I highly recommend seriously considering donated rib cartilage plus nasolabial angle correction!
