I had breast augmentation surgery after giving birth

round_trip · 02/19/2026
I decided to get breast augmentation surgery because I wanted to regain the upper breast volume I had lost after giving birth and breastfeeding. As a working mom, I struggled a bit to find the right timing for the surgery, but I wanted to share my honest story about how I ultimately made the right decision. There were some people around me who had given up on the idea, wondering if surgery was really necessary after having a baby. But I felt like I had to do it, so I never had the "why not do it?" thought. Now, even the friends who had given up on it are envious, and some even ask out of curiosity if they can touch them. As a result, even though it isn't an appearance that is constantly exposed like a face, I have regained some confidence, and I would say the atmosphere of my life has changed for the better. You know your own complexes better than anyone else. I think the very fact that I resolved my own complex gives me a sense of satisfaction. My breasts were small to begin with, and after breastfeeding, sagging occurred, making me feel miserable—or perhaps even depressed. That’s how it was. Just looking at the before and after photos, isn't it enough to boost your confidence? One month after surgery, I was very satisfied because the natural shape and lines had developed. I thought it would be difficult to look after my baby if it were too uncomfortable or painful. (Oh, I had an inframammary fold, so my arms were free.) I had my breast augmentation surgery at Nana. During the consultation, they recommended implants suited to my body type and skin condition, which built my trust. The care during the surgery was incredibly kind, and they provided wholehearted and systematic care to ensure a quick recovery. Because of this, my worries and fears disappeared, and I felt at ease. I used Mentor Extra implants, having the same 350cc capacity inserted in both the right and left sides. Since I am not that tall, I was worried it might look too excessive, but I didn't need to worry at all. I'm glad I went with the design the director suggested. I gave some friends a chance to check the texture, and they said it was surprisingly soft and squishy, finding it fascinating. If you are considering breast augmentation surgery because sagging and hollowness worsened while breastfeeding like I did, I hope my experience will be of some help to you!
