Sharing my review of implant-free rhinoplasty

Here is my review of my non-implant rhinoplasty~ The result was successful~ I've always had a decent nose bridge, so my nose didn't look low, but I wasn't quite satisfied with the shape, so I had tried getting fillers a few times. It was fine the first time I got fillers, but as time passed, they spread out and the lines became blunt... So I kept hesitating, but this time I wanted to get a clean result through surgery, so I started looking into rhinoplasty. Among the options, I was mainly drawn to reviews for non-implant rhinoplasty. However, as I actually looked into it, I personally felt hesitant about getting silicone implants. ㅠㅠ So I started searching like crazy for non-implant rhinoplasty reviews, and I think I spent almost a month just scouring reviews on apps and online forums haha. Naturally, I ended up looking at hospitals mainly in the Gangnam area, and among them, BT Plastic Surgery had the most reviews for non-implant rhinoplasty, and the lines there were mostly the look I wanted. I noticed that many reviews on BT showed results for such natural-looking implant-free rhinoplasty. So I applied for a consultation and visited in person. During the consultation with the director, he immediately grasped the look I was looking for, recommended lines that would suit me, and made the consultation very comfortable overall. One thing often overlooked in other implant-free rhinoplasty reviews is the hospital's condition. Since my before and after results are immediately visible in photos, I think the quality of the hospital is what really matters. The hospital atmosphere was clean, and the consultation room was private, so I was able to ask various questions comfortably. I don't know the results yet since the surgery hasn't happened, but I spent a really long time deliberating before finding this place.
